Doctor Keith only saw daddy once while he was there and was giving him medacations that he should have not been giving due to his condition . They told us that when it was time for him to leave we would be giving a two week notice to make other arangements but they ending up giving us a six day notice instead .

The name has changed but from what I understand the standard of care hasn't. My mother was no longer able to provide full time care for my father.
